Cookies Policy

1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies (localStorage, session storage, pixels) serve the same purpose. We use the term “cookies” broadly to mean all of these.
2. Strictly necessary
These always load — they are required for the site to work:
vh_consent_v1— stores your consent choice in localStorage so we don't re-ask.NEXT_LOCALE— remembers whether you chose Arabic or English.vh_attribution— session-scoped record of which ad campaign brought you here, used to attribute future interactions. Cleared when you close the tab.
3. Analytics (requires consent)
Load only after you accept our banner:
- Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) — page views, session behaviour. Retention: 14 months.
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymised session recordings and heatmaps. Retention: 13 months.
4. Advertising (requires consent)
Load only after you accept our banner:
- Google Ads conversion tags — measure which ad clicks lead to WhatsApp / phone contacts.
- Meta Pixel — standard events (PageView, Lead, Contact, ViewContent) for Meta ads attribution.
5. How long cookies are stored
Each cookie lists its own lifetime. Strictly necessary items are typically session-scoped or up to 12 months. Analytics cookies follow the processor's retention schedule (13–14 months for GA4 and Clarity). Advertising cookies vary by platform.
6. Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw consent by clicking the “Manage consent” button below and choosing “Reject”. Previously collected data can also be deleted on request — email vetclever7@gmail.com.
