1. Acceptance

By using https://vethelpclinic.com (the “Site”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Our services

Vet Help Clinic operates a veterinary clinic at 45 Ahmed Orabi Street, Mohandiseen, Giza, Egypt. Booking an appointment and receiving care happens via WhatsApp, phone, or in-person visit. No transaction or binding appointment occurs through the Site itself.

3. Medical disclaimer

Content on this Site (pages, FAQs, blog posts) is general veterinary information for pet owners. It is not a substitute for a hands-on veterinary consultation. For any specific symptom, injury, emergency, or treatment decision, contact us or another licensed veterinarian directly.

In an emergency we will do our best to see your pet quickly, but emergency service availability depends on active clinic hours and current caseload. Confirm via WhatsApp or phone before travelling.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer or scrape the Site beyond what's allowed by robots.txt.
• Interfere with its security mechanisms or attempt unauthorised access.
• Post false, defamatory, or misleading content about the clinic on any channel.
• Use Site content commercially without written permission.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's text, images, video, logo, and brand marks are the property of Vet Help Clinic or its licensors. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back. Anything further requires written permission.

6. Third-party links

The Site links to external services (Google Maps, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook). These services have their own terms and privacy policies that you accept by following the links.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vet Help Clinic is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Site — including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or loss of opportunity. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under Egyptian law (e.g., personal injury caused by negligence during clinical care).

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes will be heard in the competent courts of Giza.
